This project, despite its small built-up area, is considered one of the complex projects due to its many special systems and very high standards.
In this project, IBIMS received the design drawings from the consultant for developing the drawings with BIM model LOD 400. This was established as well as coordination between all project systems, followed by extraction of the Shop Drawings for Architectural, Structural, and Electromechanical departments. Quantity surveying is done according to the CSI standards, in addition to providing a presentation of the project schedule with 4D BIM dimension.
