Administrative Complex – Egyptian Fajer National Gas CO.

Natural gas investment is an interest of most Mediterranean companies nowadays. Al Fajr Natural Gas Company is considered one of the strong contributing Egyptian companies in this field.

In 2019 IBIMS performed Architecture and MEP workshop drawings for the new company headquarter building, located in Cairo’s fifth settlement. These works were based on the received preliminary design drawings, in addition to creating a BIM model for all trades, coordinating, and resolving all conflicts between trades, then extracting 2D shop drawings and bills of Quantities. This building’s area is calculated to be 6500 square meters.
